• To Adjust Grind: Turn bottom knob clockwise for Fine and counter-clockwise for Coarse.
• Avoid dampness. do not grind over boiling pot.
• Do not use cloves or anise as oils will destroy plastic.
• For routine cleaning. simply grind some coarse salt. The salt will absorb residual oils and any aftertaste. To clean more thoroughly. remove ceramic cone. Clean with a stiff brush. or place cone in warm water. so residue dissolves. (NOTE: Let cone dry for at least 24 hours. Be sure it is completely dry before using again).
